Some Girly Steampunk

Have I mentioned how I love coloring Kenny K digi stamps?  Well, I do!  And to prove it, here is another image I selected when I won the Kenny K's Krafty Krew Challenge Blog. Whew, what a mouthful! This is Jayne Jetpack!

Colored with Copics: R81, 83, bit of 85 and blender
CO, 3, 5, 7, 9 and the hair has a bit of B37? (wish I had left out)
E50, 00, 11, R20 for skin

I used papers from My Mind's Eye Lost and Found Madison avenue and Harper,s Boutique by Paper Studio. the flowers are Wild Orchid Crafts and Prima. I distressed the papers and the tips of the small and medium roses with Tim Holts Distress inks Spun Sugar and Tattered Rose. And used Victorian Velvet on the seam binding!
Thanks for looking and have a great day!

I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:

  2. Wow! Your Jane Jetpack card is really cute. So beautifully colorized and shaded. Excellent job! I also love your card...the design and all of the paper layering and added embellishments of the gears and the flowers. Very nicely done. Just a reminder that in order to be elibible for the drawing, you need to follow the theme for the challenge which involves using Tim Holtz' Seasonal Summer Distress Ink Pack. Those colors include Mowed Lawn, Ripe Raspberry and Salty Ocean. Thanks for sharing your beautiful card with us at Simon Says Stamp and Show. <3 Candy

  11. I am constantly amazed at the standard of cards we get for our challenges. You really don't have to tell people Danielle that you love colouring Kenny's images, the colouring speaks for itself I always say. When you truly love the image then the colouring comes easy and you have made this look so easy it's heartbreaking. What a stunning card, your shading around her legs and (ahem!) bottom is just fantastic, love it. Thanks for joining our Anything Goes challenge at Kenny K's Krafty Krew Challenge this week, good luck and I hope we will be seeing you again in the not too distant future.
    Cheers,
    Andy
