Fluttering By with Inspiration

Hello!!It's the middle of the week and I have a card to share!!
I have used the Fluttering By stamp set from Whimsy designed by SC Designs.
I love how true and inspirational the stamp is to get out of your comfort zone and go for it- whatever 'it' may be for you.
I have had these cute Prima nests for awhile and finally found the perfect project to use one on!
I have used my favorite Prima Nature Garden Pad. I am slowly whittling it away with making cards even though I originally bought it for a mini album...one day!
Hope the rest of your week flies by!

Pearls and Pumps

Good morning! Today is the start of another fun challenge on the Kenny K Krafty Krew blog
The theme for this fortnight's challenge is
Pumps and Pearls
We have three wonderful sponsors, so there are three chances to win a prize and of course a chance to be a Spotlighted Winner and be in our Top Three!

5 digis of the winners choice!

$10 GC

and

I chose to use Devastasia. I have had her printed for some time as I really wanted to color her but never was the right occasion. Her boots aren't technically pumps but they are pump-like.

I used Prima's Moulin Rouge papers and Wild Orchid Craft flowers. I used a pearl flourish from Michael's and cheesecloth under the flowers for texture.

Stop by the Kenny K blog to see what the other DT members created for this fun challenge and join in the fun!!

Tilda at the Beach

Yay for me! Two cards in one day! I have tried my hand at another Magnolia Tilda stamp. They are slowly growing on me.

I have used some papers from the Prima Moulin Rouge pad and the striped one is a Glitz paper, I think.  I have used one of my new punch around the page punches, Deco Fan, as I thought they looked shell-like.

I frantaged the image with Shabby Blue and the sand with Aged Gold. At the same time I made the from for my previous card, I also used the other molds I had to make buttons, flourishes and stars. I thought the buttons looked like sand dollars and the flourishes- waves. So I threw those on my card.

The little sea Stars and blue shell were decorations at a cousins wedding, and as we were leaving I had my husband help me collects some as I knew I would be able to craft with them (we were allowed)!

I dyed some seam binding with Broken China and Chipped Sapphire and attached them to a little corked bottle that I found at Joann's. I am so disappointed as they no longer carry them in-store and with a coupon they were super inexpensive! Add some burlap painted with gesso and it was done!
